My car is newly bought and I've gotten it serviced twice. On the first occasion, a tint company had caused damaged to the driver and passenger moldings of my car. I went to Kia Greenway to get the company an estimate for repair. Evelyn was the one available to help me, she was very thorough in explaining the logistics that goes behind parts and service. I am grateful to her for that, because I was having a xxxx day, and I really wasn't processing. On repair day, she stood in my corner when the company rep was questioning the service. The second occasion was for my 1st 8,000mi inspection. I requested her as my advisor based on that first encounter. She's a great communicator, and I was out of that waiting room in less than 90mins. Thank you for your continuous support Evelyn!

The sales rep (Carl) and manager (Louis) took their time to attend to me and answer my questions. They worked with me to get a great deal. Carl, the sales rep was always available to me during the whole buying process and until I left the lot.

I recommend Michael (salesman).

I recommend Michael (salesman). However my service appointment was not. Went in for oil change and had to get new battery and tire rotation. I had a 1:30 appointment which I was there at 1:15. Alan checked me in and said he would do everything he could to get me out as soon as possible! So I sat outside and waited and waited and waited. I left my water bottle in my car so Michael was nice enough to get me water. It is now 4:15pm and I texted Alan texted back “at least 45 minutes “. Now it is getting dark and I decided to go see for myself at 5:15. Am was with someone else. I asked the restroom and another employee got up and showed me where it was. (They are under construction so their main building was closed) my phone now had died. I saw Michael again and asked it they had chargers? He found them in the waiting area. I sat for about 15 minutes more getting nervous of the drive home in the dark. I went in and stood at Alan’s desk. He finally said he was working on my paperwork. He said he could make this situation any better with a bouquet of flowers. I guess some worker went home. Not my problem. This would have been so much better if someone would have been in communication with me. Alan did give me the oil change and battery for my key fob which I appreciate. Just leaves a bad taste. Oh and I didn’t get home until 7:20pm. (I left for the appointment at 12:30!
