We are so happy with James our service advisor and Christina for remind us about our appointment. President of a private business

I have purchased three vehicles from Gilbert's Chevrolet and have them serviced onsite. The service department has always been accommodating and very friendly and helpful in dealing with requested information I have had concerning the vehicles. I also want to compliment Jacalyn Sutton and Kim Vinson for the follow up they do once the service has been completed.

Me. Chris Casian

Great experience again. Mark my service advisor was on point as soon as I arrived and also showed me something other than what I was there for thAt needs attention. Christina my customer service representative was very nice and attentive. Also she called before to confirm and after to see if I found the experience enjoyable. Again great job!

Purchase of new 2017 SS Camaro

Took delivery of my 2017 SS Camaro on Monday 7/10/17 since it was late service and detail dept were closed ,I was asked to bring it the next morning.was promptly greeted by service rep. Who had been notified of my needs . Car was taken and detailed introduced to parts department personnel,nice waiting room had coffe ,a water and car was complete, Gilbert's has done a great job of hiring a great staff of professionals from sales , service, detail, parts, and also a great collision dept. George runs a set. Have used them several times in past and always recommended them to other people all round great dealership.

Car Buying Review

My experience with Gilbert Chevrolet has been one of complete and exceptional professionalism. As a single woman buying a vehicle I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy at Gilbert Chevrolet by my salesman and all of the staff there. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle used or new. My son and his wife also purchased their new vehicle from Gilbert Chevrolet and their experience led to me buying mine from there. The facility is clean the cars are numerous so you have a wide choice and they are willing to work with you. Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They get 5 stars from me for my experience with them.

Gilbert Chev repair dept was ?very professional?

My visit to Gilbert Chevrolet repair department I was met by the personnel and greeted with professional courtesy and ask could he helped me, the individual listen to my concerns about my 2009 Chevy Silverado and gave me and appointment for the next day and kept that commitment when I came in and my truck tire sensor was taking care of promptly the service department was very professional and very courtesy.

Good and efficient service.Mark and Christina did

When the apointment was made,they said it woukd be a hakf day job and it was. The service was good and so far the problem seems to have been fixed. Mark and Christina seems to have done a good job.

A very friendly staff and gave me a no nonsense price without haggling and also a great traded in price on my old car. They also have done a great job on servicing both of my vehicles.

Great service. Above and beyond!!

The team at Gilbert did a great job repairing my vehicle and communicated the process with me throughout to let me know where they were in regards to the repair. Top notch service and friendly personnel. Refreshing to say the least.
