Gilbert Chevrolet

The purpose of my visit was to have the oil changed in my 2013 Equinox. I was greeted by Kim Vinson who is always helpful. She informed me that I needed a new battery and I was pleased to learn that it was under warranty. I will return to Gilbert's for service to my automobile.

Having been aasisted at Gilbert's by Brandon & Marsha, I received excellent service on my vehicle. They were very professional, and went out of their way to satisfy my needs.

The dealer has previously been recommended to me by a friend in the past. They definitely delivered, I took my car to fix a problem another dealer created. The visit was pleasant from the moment I arrived. Brandon took care everything, kept in touch daily throughout the process and got my car back in perfect conditions. It wasn't just with me, while I was there you can see how Brandon and the staff just takes care of customers. It's clearly a perfect example of customer service, in a day and age where that is tough to come by. On a side note, when i called to check on my car, I was never on hold Marsha or any other person who took my calls redirected me right away. If you live nearby and even if you don't, going to get your vehicle serviced at Gilbert Chevrolet is worth the trip. They will not disappoint.

I always receive great service when I go to Gilbert Chevrolet in Okeechobee. Christina and Brandon along with the rest of the staff are always professional. No one looks forward to taking their automobile in for repairs or service, but when it's necessary it's nice to be able to take it to Gilbert, because of the staff.
