I recently had 2 of our Mercedes serviced at Fort Pierce.

I recently had 2 of our Mercedes serviced at Fort Pierce. I was kept informed by my advisor Mike Lawson and the final bill came in under the original estimate. Repairs were completed in a timely manner. Thank you Mike and the team at Mercedes-Benz of Fort Pierce.

After my car was done and ready.

After my car was done and ready. After great service and everything. The driver hits my car. It was the passenger side under the car but clearly visible. Said they’ll fix it with no problem. Car came back, the fixed looked horrible but I was happy. Realized the car had overspray all over it and the response was horrible. Went in for a check engine light and now have a clearly hit car and now I have to remove overspray. Will never go back to this dealer again. The over the top service was all xxxxxxxx and now I’m screwed.

Dawn was friendly, professional, and efficient.

Dawn was friendly, professional, and efficient. It was a pleasure dealing with her and I’m very pleased with my new car. Eric was also very professional and helpful and obtaining the financing.. Both of them made this a very pleasant experience.

Service was excellent, service advisor Michael does a great job. Easy drop off and check in and loaner car was ready to go. Easy pick up and cashier was very helpful.

Everything the dealer promised, they did. Not one glitch. Staff at the dealership is very well trained and professional. Loved the fact that nobody rushed me into making Any decisions. I left the dealer with my new car extremely happy.
