Christina was wonderful.

Christina was wonderful. She went above and beyond. She tried to meet all my expectations. However, not very thrilled with your extended warranty, and the fact that your water guy left my trunk dismantled.

Drop my vehicle off at 9:00AM and not able to pickup

Drop my vehicle off at 9:00AM and not able to pickup until almost 4:00PM. Same thing happened the last time I dropped it off early and being a pest calling every hour after 1:00 PM to be able to get my vehicle. I'm on my own and it's my only vehicle

Almost two months to get work completed.

Almost two months to get work completed. Cars appearance has deteriorated during that time and I would presume my cars battery life. Christine would not return my phone call as to why recall could not be completed while the car was there. Multiple rentals needed to be acquired and multiple visits to dealership have also been a major inconvenience.

I went to the dealership in need of a new battery.

I went to the dealership in need of a new battery. I didn't have an appointment but they took care of replacing the battery anyway. The caring customer service was appreciated.

All good except they charge 3 percent to every sale for

All good except they charge 3 percent to every sale for credit card use. Maybe its the new norm but definitely not happy with it. I believe it is called the cost of doing business. But hide the 3 percent somewhere else.

Horrible!

Horrible!!!!! the sale representatives and everyone who work inside the dealership is horrible, money hungry and selfish people, the mechanics and the ones who work at the service center were amazing people to me.
