The Service lady , I think her name was Kristian was
The Service lady , I think her name was Kristian was great!!! They were realitively fast in getting my truck done as one of the mechanics had a vehicle stuck in his bay and could not use another bay so they had to finidh it the next dsy THANKS, David

Received a follow up call from Holly in customer service
Received a follow up call from Holly in customer service regarding my service. Stated to her that my tires were set at 30psi and my windshield washer fluid was not filled/topped off. I inflated my tires to 35psi which is the correct tire pressure and put half a jug of washer fluid into the reservoir. She asked me not to rate the service until she got back with me. She didn’t call me back so I called her after approx 10 days. I then missed her call and called her back the next day. I asked her if the service tech was spoken to. She didn’t know. I mentioned underinflated tires could be a safety factor. She stated that some techs are inexperienced or something to that affect (listen to the call). I then asked to speak to the General Manager. She transferred me to the GM and I got voicemail. ….that was a few days ago. All Holly was concerned with was me giving a 5 rating and nothing less and to hold off filling out the rating info. I did tell her that the service advisor was very good but the tech was not. Would like to hear from the GM about this lousy service.

From the time I entered the services bays to the time I picked up my vehicle the service was great and Samantha was very courteous and professional. Samantha navigated through the authorization process of my service agreement and she was able to resolve the repairs and keep me in the loop. I bought my truck from Sawgrass Ford and have used other Ford dealerships for service but the service I got from Sunrise Ford was so effortless and great that I will always take my truck to Sunrise Ford.
