    I have been taking my car to this dealership for 6 years and have always had wonderful service and no worries after leaving if you havent you need to check... this place when needing your ford fixed. Thank you ft pierce ford

    Went in for basic oil change and tire rotation. First, fluids were not even checked, second; driving to work the next day light comes on for low tire pressure.... Turns out, nothing wrong with tires, mechanic took out 10lbs of air from each tire...didn't read the tire for pressure, read the inside of door....tire 101....always read the tire not the door; many people replace factory with high profile...happy I could teach them something, won't be back; don't have the time to pay and then check to see if work was right...besides, bad attitudes; could be it was a girl teaching them tires 101...

    Sunrise Ford is the place to take your vehicle. The service is excellent . The people working at the service department are polite and know how to get... the job done right..I recomend taking your vehicle there . Hal Porter a satisfied customer!!!!!!

    Service is great but shuttle service needs improvement. I was told to be there at 7:45 to get on the 8:00 shuttle. The shuttle left at 8:30. It has to... deliver people going South, North, East and West. It could be a 2 hr process. They need 2 shuttles for sure. Last year I waited an hour and a half for the shuttle to take me home.

    I have had my F450 serviced several times at this dealership. Most of the time I do not go through and check all work they perform, but the time before... last, after their service I found damage to a mirror, tires were not filled properly, had no wiper fluid. All issues were brought to their attention and were resolved, I was assured that it would not happen again. (Lip service) I recently bought a 2002 thunderbird that I wanted checked from top to bottom, I explicitly told them I wanted everything checked and serviced along with new tires. Next day I brought my truck in for service. A day or so later we took the t-bird out and noticed there was a scraping noise in the font end. I took it to a shop and while on the lift was shown that two plastic shrouds were broken and were dragging the ground, the rubber boots were for the upper control arms were damaged and the ones in the back missing. None of the grease fitting were touched. They did change out the brakes and said they replaced the brake and power steering fluid. I spoke with the mechanic who did the service on my truck and he assured me he filled my tires to the max tire pressure because I was to be towing a 5th wheel soon. I checked my tire pressure and found they were not touched at all. I had to break out my compressor in the rain and fill them myself. I went to dealership to speak with them in person, I was told they had a morning meeting about their lack of perfessionalism and attention to detail. Again I believe all I got was lip service. I Let them know I would never be back again, if they are not capable of performing some of the simplest maintenance procedures it makes me wonder about everything they do (or don't do) Stay away from this dealership

    I went to Sunrise to buy my first brand new car. I knew exactly what I wanted and I was will to pay whatever it took (I even have good credit). I noticed... they didn't have the car I wanted in stock so no big deal. I can wait why the order it and I could get all the bells and whistles I want right? WRONG. . I was told instead of getting Tvs put in I could go to Radio Shack and buy them and then install them myself. . Really? Then they tried to talk me into one they had down the road at another dealership. After I said no thank you because I want the car of my deams, the car I have been saving for the past 2 years. They told me the numbers didn't lineup for them and they wouldn't have it built.... I told them I would pay what they wanted and the still said no because it it wasn't worth it to them.... Just jersey who are out to take your money not meet your needs or make you happy. Hate this so much I might just start buying something besides a Ford. : ( sucks!!

    I am waring all to stay away from this dealership. A family car was brought to this dealership to address a problem of running warm, not overheating. Upon... mutual diagnosis, the service manager agreed to allow me to get a part, which he would only us to send to their machine shop. A quote and price was agreed upon, then upcharged more than a few hundred dollars. We were told it was fixed, and it was not running right at all, worse than when it got there. So refused to take it, then called to say it was fine, so on the way home, same thing, running warm, brought it back, and they say they need to refix, and want to charge another $1600, which is unfair, and not what was promissed. They do not care, and while trying to resolve this, the owner, general manager, and service manager are very arrogant, and no refuse to fix it. Stay away fron this place, if they can't fix this what if it was something more, seems to be that the staff is not trained properly, but most of all, I was promissed a fix and a diagnosis, and not to worry, I am worried and it is not fixed as promissed. They have been payed, and not good people to do business with. Go to another dealer and never let this one even touch yours.
