Do not take your vehicle to their Collision Center! They have had it much longer than expected & are playing the blame game with the insurance. Sunrise tried to have me pick it up even though the paint had visible scratches done by them. The taillight which is cracked hasn’t been replaced they claim they didn’t see it even though we told them when we dropped it off. Sunrise Group Doesn’t Care They are BAD for business

Sticker price was 16k and final ended up 20k. Added lots of costs at last minute. Have a faulty windshield they would not replace. Have a surging issue the mechanic agrees with but will not cover under warranty. They screwed up a credit application. I now have a poor credit rating I have to resolve. My rating is excellent, never had an issue in my entire life. Tried to discuss with Ford credit and bounced around.

I am amazed with the customer service that was given to my niece! I live in pa and in car sales over 20 years. My niece was in a real jam. The sales Consultant and finance manager walked her through every step of the way. They were willing to talk to me about the deal and together we figured out the best way to help. Lauren in finance WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Her communication with me was FANTASTIC! I had complete trust with her after getting off the phone. They have made this a painless experience for me and hopefully my neice! I cant thank you guys enough for helping her while I am in pa! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
