Awful experience!!!! Worst customer interaction ever. I tried for 3 days to get someone to talk to me about buying a truck only to be told they were to busy, would not work with someone outside of Florida and the general manger says they are not allowed to talk on the phone about numbers. Additionally, they added on over 7,000 dollars of fees, which brought the price from 33,999 to over 42,500. When I finally spoke to a sales person, the sales person was quite rude and told me they sell over 250 vehicles a month and can charge for these items as people will pay. He also said that the price only line was not the real price. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Incredible Service!
James was exceptionally helpful with our purchase of a new Maverick. It was all done from afar, but all the pieces came together and our truck will soon be delivered. James and his co-workers made sure things went smoothly so the the car could be shipped on time. We appreciate the diligence and the outcome as well as the photos of our vehicle prior to shipping. Mr. Geraldi Manzi, our Salesman, was friendly, patient & professional, clearly explaining all we needed to know about the 2 SUVs we had interest in! Mr. Charles Mitchell, the Finance MGR, super helpful & informative regarding our purchase and financing etc! Incompetent service dept. staff
Worst customer service ever. Claimed warranty’s work was done, wouldn’t honor warranty. Said it was already done by the previous owner of sunrise service.claimed that I could have broke part again and was trying to get something for nothing. The service advisor Shawn and the manager Steven ,accused me of this. But they just happened to have the part I needed in stock. They had it because it was my part, that was never installed. Both were incompetent and have no business working with the public. Worst experience as well as being called a liar, will not ever get my work again, They had a document that said part had been installed, but nothing with my signature on it.

Don't Buy Here
I bought a new car and it is at the dealer for the 3rd time...2nd time was the dealers fault! I have been waiting 3 days for a "call back" on what is wrong with car and how much longer are they going to have it...Don't buy a car from them...my past Fords where from Palm Beach County...much better service!

Don’t buy Auto from Sunrise Ford!
If you have warranty work or recall work they takes 3-5 days to do the work - leaving you without a car. The first time we took it in for warranty work said it would be done the next day —it took 6 days instead. This time we made an appt Monday for a recall notice got there Monday morning they said it won’t be til Tuesday to get it done - now it will not be ready til Thursday at 10:30. Because of the first issue - I talked my Daughter, in December, out of buying a Ford Explorer and she bought a Hyundai Calligraphy instead because of Sunrise Ford poor Customer Service👎👎
Don’t buy Auto from Sunrise Ford!
If you have warranty work or recall work they takes 3-5 days to do the work - leaving you without a car. The first time we took it in for warranty work said it would be done the next day —it took 6 days instead. Paperwork Errors
I would have given a five rating because they were able to secured at the last minute my deserved ‘22 to ‘23 rollover credit for waiting 14 months for my Maverick delivery, which appeared to have fallen thru the cracks. But….. four days prior to delivery, I went to Sunrise to finalize my trade-in offer, and bottom line Bill of Sale to determine how much I needed to pay upon delivery. The Bill of Sale on delivery day however included a $1400 “installed packages” on the cost breakdown that wasn’t on the one from four days prior and when I mentioned it, they said the computer automatically generates it, but it does not apply to customer ordered vehicles. Then I noticed they did not subtract my $500 order deposit either. Both these items should have been caught BY THEM before they handed me the final Bill of Sale. Good thing I highly scrutinized the Bill before signing and taking delivery! FYI: if you want to avoid mandatory $1,400 dealer add-on charge, and you are not in a hurry to get your vehicle, and want to get one EXACTLY how you want to be equipped, don’t buy off the dealer’s lot - order it from Ford! Note: my recommendation for this dealer would include a warning to scrutinize paperwork!

Avoid this Service Department
My daughter recently took her Ford Escape in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service manager reached out and stated the vehicle needed the brake fluid flushed and the coolant system flushed. The brake fluid had been flushed less than 3,500 miles prior to this visit, so this was concerning. After picking the vehicle up, the service light came on approximately 10 miles from the dealership. I called the service manager and he said it would cost $200 to diagnose the problem. I questioned this cost since the light was not on when the vehicle was dropped off. He graciously agreed to identify the code for free. After hanging up, the service manager called back and said the light was on when they received the vehicle. It was not. In fact, when the vehicle was brought back in and the code read, it was determined the airbox had not been properly secured. The service manager was still unwilling to admit their fault even after their own technician found and corrected the problem. This is not a service department I would recommend using.
