I tried calling multiple times and no one was answering the phone. When I arrived at the service center I told Lasharde that I tried calling and no one answered. He immediately got up to get the correct person to talk to about why I was there. After discovering the service I was hoping to get done mobile was not available as a mobile service. Lasharde was great at answering some questions I had and made some room on the schedule for me to bring my truck in later that day.

Everyone I interacted with in the service department was helpful and friendly. I forgot my water bottle in the waiting room and one of the service people was kind enough to bring it to me!

I couldn't test drive the vehicle because the battery was dead in the truck, Lauren in finance was snacking while she was working up my contract and was completely dismissive to my questions. She was very unprofessional and seemed annoyed she had to explain anything. Jesse was my salesman and he was excellent. I purchased the truck nonetheless because of the Ford warranty.
