I purchased a 2024 Denali from Linus in early October of

I purchased a 2024 Denali from Linus in early October of this year. The sales guy was fairly easy to deal with, not high pressure sales so I had a false sense of what was to come. The sales department was not the issue in my case. The issue came when they do the push to purchase the extras in the finance office. The finance guy was quick to explain how he and the GM were very good friends and he had come from a big dealership in Tampa. I should have known when he said that it was about to get shady. I don't typically buy extended warranty or service plans. He described what I now know as the GMC service plan. said it covered all maintenance for the next 5 years and was unique because there could be no upsells with this plan. I decided if that was true I would give it a try. What I found out when I checked with my local dealer is they slipped me a easy care plan that only pays $50 towards a service not the GMC plan verbally described in detail. Basic bait and switch. In Florida the law says they have to refund you if requested for 60 days. I requested a refund in writing 19 days later. They said in that email they would refund by check. The check never came. Obviously they don't really care what the statue says, they are not going to willingly refund the service plan. I reached out out the G.M. he Never even reached out to me and gave me the common curtesy of a call (he knows what is going on in the finance office, remember they are buddy's ) I disputed the charge on the CC ( I put down 5K with CC) they are still fighting it. Easy Care says the dealer ship has to cancel it, I can not...... Pretty sad they won't follow the Florida law. I have reported this to the State, weather it has teeth we will see I guess. If this saves someone else from bait and switch then it was worth it for me to write it. Remember buyer beware and just know this dealership will not do right by you when it comes down to it.

Very satisfied, professional and courteous. Linus provided exactly what was described. This was an online purchase. The sales consultant did a fantastic job. Highly recommend this dealership.

I wish I had a better experience, but I didn't.

I wish I had a better experience, but I didn't. I brought my (new to me) GMC Acadia in for some preventative maintenance. I showed up with the recommended service schedule from the manual and the CarFax service history report. The service advisor that was assigned to me was Kevin Brittle. Quickly into our conversation I could tell Kevin was just interested in being transactional and not interested in helping guide me as to what preventive service I should have done, which is the reason I chose to come to a dealership and pay more than an independent mechanic. I did do the transmission fluid flush and was quote $380, but I also wanted the mechanic to look at the vehicle and make some suggestions on what I should prioritize from the list. When I got the call letting me know the vehicle was ready for pickup 6 hours later, I asked if there was anything else that the mechanic said needed to be done, Kevin replied, ?Did we talk about that. When I showed up to pick my vehicle up I then asked about the status of the outstanding recall which we also talked about, and he acted like we had never talked about it. For me, the experience we not a positive one at all and I got no support or advice on what repairs were necessary for maintenance and needed to plan for. Other than the recall I will not be returning, even though it is more convenient than the dealer in GMC Ft. Pierce

Satisfied Customer

I love having my car repaired at Linus. The staff is friendly, professional, and courteous. This must stem from the owners. If the owners are friendly, it filters to the management, and then the management infects everyone else with kindness.

Linus Cadillac has been amazing in helping me find my perfect Escalade ESV! From my first contact with Ron Wilcox, he was extremely responsive, helpful and attentive; never pushy or rushed. His manager Doug Dodd was also very responsive and went out of his way to get me detailed information and make sure every piece of the process was smoothly planned.
