I must say that the service I received at Crown Buick was the best experience I've ever had. I had new tires and brakes installed on my truck. The truck handles and brakes better than it ever had. The technicians in the shop especially Tom and Chris really now and care how to service your vehicle. If you are looking for a repair shop that really cares about you and your vehicle, than you need to try the service department at Crown Buick GMC.

When in need of a new vehicle, the worst part is dealing with the sales people. Today i found out that not all salesmen were created equal. I decided after a month of research that a GMC Envoy was the car for my family. I looked up local dealers and settled on Crown Buick GMC. I pulled into the lot and was greeted by Brian Gert. He didn't look the part of the greasy conman sales guy. He didn't ask the typical sales questions, didn't pressure me and talked to me like a normal person. I told him what i was looking for and before i knew it the car was mine. His knowledge and people skills were a relief from the normal painful experience. Great job Brian!

Brian Gerts was my salesman and did a fantastic job of a speedy transaction. We drove to this dealership from New Orleans to buy the Jeep my wife wanted. We did most of the paperwork via email but I was a little worried "the deal" would have some added costs when we arrived. NOT SO, the deal he promised via email was the deal when I got to their facility. They gave me a great dollar amount for my trade and we were in and out in about an hour. They also delivered the vehicle clean and full of fuel. I will definitely look to this dealership for a vehicle when we are in the market again. I have bought, sold, and traded many vehicles in my life and I give these guys an A+++
