Harry is an outstanding employee in the service department. He is patient, tolerant and quite adaptable and accomodates the hectic schedules of busy consumers. Plus, he is friendly and extremely knowledgable.

Brian is a very patient and friendly sales consultant. He allowed my husband and me to look at various models, and was able to answer all of our questions about the various vehicles that were for sale. Brian is knowlegable and makes you feel like he a member of your family. The customer service is excellent. We purchased a new GMC Terrain, and this is the third time we have purchase a new vehicle from Crown since we relocated to Florida ten years ago.
