The absolute worst service ever.
The absolute worst service ever. They picked my car up for service and not only Didn't return it but closed for the day and didn't notify me. Very poor communication. I called and left a message for the service manager to call me and never got a call back. I would give them a zero if I could.

Walker Ford repkaced my turbo in a timely manner. It was under extended warranty and Brooks kept me informed every step of the way.
Lack of communication was the main issue.
Lack of communication was the main issue. I left my car and was told it would take several days, but I had to repeatedly track down my service advisor just to get updates. Every time I spoke with him, it felt like I was bothering him. Twice he told me he would call the next day with an update, and both times he never did. On top of that, his demeanor felt unprofessional. He kept calling me “buddy.” I’m not expecting a royal greeting, but a standard, professional form of address would be more appropriate. Customers need to plan their time just as you plan yours when scheduling appointments. The same consideration applies in reverse—clear communication helps us organize our day and make necessary arrangements. You’d think this would be common sense, but customers simply want to know when they can expect their car to be ready. And if there’s a delay or an issue, a courtesy call with an update would go a long way.

I am always treated well when I go to Walker Ford. Dan Victory has always been able to work me into the service schedule when I call him. The service technicians are very thorough and do a clean job on my truck. The courtesy van driver gets me back home and picks me up when my truck is ready. What more could you ask for?
