What can you say when you bring the car there, they make
What can you say when you bring the car there, they make you pay $200 only to look at it, they tell you that the vehicle has no problems, do nothing, charge you the money, and you go home with the same issues for which you have been there in the first place... I hope they have at least looked at it. They definitely have not tested it since the problem is still the same (the back door does not fully open). Given our history with this dealer's service, I really need to see a psychologist to understand why I am still going there... I wish I could give a 0-star rating. I have also asked to speak with a supervisor. They told me they would have called back... Still waiting...

Brandon was great.
Brandon was great. He helped me get the car that i wanted and make sure i left satisfied. I will recommend anybody shopping for a car to go see Brandon and go to the Kia dealership.

The salesperson that I worked with was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel extremely happy that I came to the dealership, his name is Gage Pitcher. Jarred Lucas was also there to assist him. Jarred knew which car I needed and made me see the pros and cons of it. I appreciate him very much.

Service was for flat tire.
Service was for flat tire. Everything was serviced. Waiting time is not good. Takes more than an hour to get things done even with an appointment.
