My sales person (Bob Peavler) did a great job! He answerd all my questions and then some. Very friendly and helpful. I wasnt in and out as much as I had hoped but I understand car buying is time consuming. Friendly people with a smile for everyone. Over all, its a great dealership.

This was the best buying experience for anew car. Brett was awesome, he wasnt your usual car salesman...gave us Iinfo on the car and went thru all the features ect, and we came to a good price easily. The whole day was awesome.we left very happy with the new kia soul..a+++++

This was my first experience purchasing a brand new car. Needless to say I was extremely nervous and after the test drive I went home without talking about or seeing numbers. I think that Rich sensed this about me and was very patient and informative about all of the vehicles that KIA had to offer, not just the Soul that I drove. He was never pushy and I never felt pressured. He did introduce me to Josh Sheppard before I left and they both made me feel welcome. After spending the weekend thinking, calculating, and researching the Soul, I still had not come to a decision. I went to work on Monday deciding to keep my car and not buy a new one yet. During the day I received many calls from the dealership asking me if my experience was pleasant and if my salesman was courteous and if I had any questions. At the end of the day I decided to go back to the dealership and see what they could offer me because I really liked the car and the employees made me feel welcome. I did purchase my first brand new car that day and the staff at Courtesy KIA made this experience easy and pleasant. This is a company that really exhibits what is lacking these days and that is Customer Service!

I was satisfied with the dealership right up until the end. In the beginning the service was great, my sales rep was nice and wanted to help. The only reason I am dissatisfied with the this dealership is because after signing the papers my sales rep brought the vehicle up front for me to drive home and the electronic driver seat wouldnt move back or forward. So, I had to wait for a ride to come and drive my new car home. After I signed the papers I didnt receive any help from anyone at the dealership I was left out in the cold (literally). This is the 3rd vehicle I have bought from this company and it will be my last. I will NEVER EVER buy another vehicle from this company and I wont recommend it to anyone.
