I waited 1.5 hours before they even started the...
I waited 1.5 hours before they even started the paperwork. 3 days after purchasing, the truck required $650 worth of repairs and the dealership would not cover. They supposedly checked out the vehicle prior to purchasing and told me it was in good shape. 3 days later, the engine light came on, so I took it back to them. They evaluated it and said it would cost $650 to repair. This dealership is not concerned about supplying quality vehicles, only making their money and you are on your own after that.

He was exceptional in assisting me with my purchase. Robert is a personable individual and easy to talk to. I cannot thank him enough. Bought a new 2013 Kia Optima. The car is attractive and drives extremely well. The seating is very comfortable and am enjoying learning how to adapt to all the new bells and whistle. The staff at the dealership was very friendly. I can only hope the Service department is as amenable and accomodating as the sales staff. Time will tell.

I had a great experience at Brandon Kia. Rick Ingalls went above and beyond expectations. He was extremely helpful throughout my purchase and has continued to follow through over and over again in helping me along the way. He made my buying my first car a great experience. John Williams also helped me in the finance department and was also very helpful in explaining my finance and warranty choices. Thanks to Rick and John buying my first car was a quick and got me into an awesome car that I could afford. I visited several other dealerships in the area before I went to Brandon Kia and I wish that I had not because they do not compare. The first time I went to Brandon Kia I was paired up with the perfect car for my situation and I bought it the same day! My experience would not have been the same without the amazing staff that helped me. I sincerely recommend this dealership.

I contacted Nathan at Kia of Brandon at the same time as several other car dealerships through internet sales. Nathan VanWalker was the first to get back with me, same day,within an hour. He listened to what model KIA that we wanted and the color. We set up the meeting for same day. He was very good to work with and didn't play the typical sales games that you see at many dealerships in the Tampa Bay area. He made the sale painless by giving us the best price and being honest on the front end. I have purchased new cars every three years over a 50 year time period and this was the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a new car. I might add the entire process that included the sales manager, reception,finance and Parts and service were also great to work with. I believe the culture of the customer being "Number One" is part of the DNA at Courtesy Kia of Brandon Larry Mounts
