Dave was professional and answered my questions on the phone, prior to my visit (not something many dealerships or staff at dealerships will do). Once there, it was almost sheer luck that the perfect vehicle was sitting on the lot, as it had just arrived. Dave was extremely knowledgeable about the features of the Sorento and explained many of its features on our test drive. There was a minor delay in the lease process only because of prior misinformation from a dealer in Minnesota I had previously leased from, but Dave explained things clearly and helped work out a great deal. I highly recommend both him and Courtesy Kia to anyone.

We had purchased a Kia Soul from Nathan a few months ago and now we were looking to trade in our van for a new Sedona. Nathan worked so hard for us to get us everything we asked for with our vehicle and we could not be happier with our second purchase from him. I emailed from this site to inquire about a used vehicle advertised. Within hours the dealer had emailed me to address my inquiry and called me. Tim, the salesman, was very informative, and I asked him to keep me in mind if the price of the car came down. It did, so he called me, and while I didn't end up purchasing this vehicle, I'd certainly visit Courtesy Kia in Brandon again with the hope of doing business.

I was looking for a new Sorento and used cars.com to find the best deal and to locate the one with the options I wanted. I was able to build the suv I wanted and sent it to a few dealers and Courtesy Kia responded right away. I was happy to find out they had the one I wanted on the lot. So the wifey just gets home in time and we head to Courtesy Kia to see the suv. Well when we get there a very nice salesman greats us and takes us to see it. As soon as we see it we notice it's different color than it looked online. So we decided on another color that we liked better. So now we know what we want but they don't have one on the lot. They searched for one and found one. They had it the next day and called us to come check it out. Bingo... We bought it on the spot. I have to say this dealer goes out of there way to make sure your happy. I will send all my family and friends to Courtesy Kia to buy a Kia.... My family now has 4 kia's...

I contacted the Kia dealership one week before purchasing my pre-owned vehicle. At this time I spoke with John Williams III he was knowledgeable, friendly, and dedicated to securing our business. Over the course of several phone calls and emails we decided that courtesy kia is where our next car should come from. This was no little task considering that we had never been to the lot to view any cars and had not yet met this person who had been so helpful. Once arriving at the dealership John was waiting outside and greeted me by name. Once speaking with him and seeing the first car he had for us we were sold! He maintained his professionalism while being extraordinarily personable. John remembering almost everything we had spoken of over the phone made this so much easier for myself and boyfriend. My five year old son was also thoroughly entertained throughout our 5hrs at the dealership ( which for a child of his age seemed like 5 years ) I could not be more satisfied with our experience.
