My arrival was surprising.

My arrival was surprising. They were very organized. I was directed to a specific staff member to check in. Service workers immediately began placing plastic on my seats and floorboards. Check-in process was quick and organized. I was then directed to the waiting room that was good sized and had several different seating options, even had tables and plugs for laptops. They had a coffee station, water, and a snack machine. Coffee and water were free. Restrooms were spacious, having several stalls. A couple hours into my wait a staff member came to clean and restock the coffee/snack area. He refilled the coffee beans then used his bare hands to pat down and even out the beans. Gross. Even with an appointment, I was waiting for over 3 hours!

Brad was very courteous and helpful.

Brad was very courteous and helpful. The oil change took a couple of hours but I was very comfortable waiting in the showroom. Snacks are available and bathrooms are clean and modern. I appreciated that Brad didn’t try to add on any optional services.

Usually I have a good experience but I didn't this time. I dropped off my car at 9am and I literally had to call at 5:40pm to see if I was getting my car back. I text and it took about 50 mins for a reply. I was told a voicemail was left. Well, it must have been another number. Why there wasn't a follow up via text is beyond me. I ended up picking my car up at 7pm unconvincing everyone. I was not called. There was no follow up text. Your system is quick to advise what's wrong with the car via text and collect consent, but no follow up. Which is not the norm. Then to be giving a predetermined cheat sheet on how to answer a survery is a joke in itself. Not to mention it is steering the customer instead of getting real responses. It's all a joke.

Eloy, Ronald, and Ryan assisted me and my sister with

Eloy, Ronald, and Ryan assisted me and my sister with getting vehicles and I must say this was the easiest car buying experience I’ve experienced! They were patient, honest and upfront about everything! Eloy and Ronald walked us through each vehicle we were interested in and made sure to match us up with vehicles that had the features we were seeking. Ryan went above and beyond with getting us approved with payments within our budget! I can’t thank you all enough and will surely be referring others!

It was a nightmare.

It was a nightmare. After over 5 visits for my car wouldn?t start they diagnosed the problem with a cost of $2600 and 1 week later my car didn?t start. Took it back again and they said it was my harness. No charge. I?m praying this finally solved this problem.
