Friendly staff. I love that you can make appointments online. They offer specials. The dealership is close to me. & they offer courtesy rides to your house and back.Comfortable lounge with free coffee & snacks.

Dealership was beautiful but the salesman was even
Dealership was beautiful but the salesman was even better. Eloy was so fun to work with and made my first time at Kia Brandon perfect. I wouldn’t have chosen another person to sell me my 2025 Kia K5!!

Recently had 2021 Telluride serviced for Oil change,
Recently had 2021 Telluride serviced for Oil change, alignment and tire rotation. Additional service recommended for belt and valve to the tune of $694. Service was performed in a timely manner. However, vehicle was not wash afterwards, nor was i asked if I wanted it washed. Figure after shelling out about $700 this would be an automatic service.

I scheduled the service on a working day and waited for
I scheduled the service on a working day and waited for more than 15 minutes at the outside desk for the shuttle, but it never arrived. When I approached the desk, I found the driver was already there and then got the shuttle. Additionally, I requested vacuum cleaning and washing at least twice, but neither was done properly. This issue has been recurring, as I experienced the same problem during my last service.
