Scheduled for 10:20, was about 10 minutes late but it
Scheduled for 10:20, was about 10 minutes late but it still took them until 4:45 to advise me of issue…imo either need more employees or don’t schedule as many per day. Nice thing was recommendations were spot on and no repair suggestions that was not true… appreciate their honesty on what repairs were needed.

During this visit, my car was not vacuumed and I still
During this visit, my car was not vacuumed and I still had the same issue as when I brought the car in. They stated they test drove it in did not see a problem, but I did state that the car intermittently jerks when breaking and skids.
