Took vehicle in for a WE OWE REPAIR ORDER .

Took vehicle in for a WE OWE REPAIR ORDER . They made it even worse , haven’t heard back from them in over a month now . The service department is extremely slow and mismanaged. People were there for 4 hours for a scheduled 1st oil change . Never again ….

While I have. Kia, the next time my vehicle retires service I will try bringing it to a Hyundai dealership. My belief is rhat Courtesy Kia has little vslue for their customers time.
