Ashley in the service department she is awesome. She communicated with me about my vehicle and she helped me to get assistance on getting some of stuff that needed to be done to my car. She helped me to find the extra money and discount to get some more things done to my car.

I never felt pressured and didn't make me feel like I had to buy any of the vehicles. He was very professional as well as the rest of the staff. They were attentive in asking if I needed any help. Dealer that I worked with did not know specifications of car that he was selling. As a result he sold car to me that doesn't have option that I was looking for. Not professional.

It didn't wash my car I had a coupon yall sent me in the
It didn't wash my car I had a coupon yall sent me in the mail that your worker didn't know I had a coupon for 49 oil change he said they only have 59 but I have the coupon but didn't have it at the time of service but the coupon came fro. Kia and he didn't believe me and I had to pay 70 for oil change first time they didn't believe me
