Mathew was exceptional! He was professional yet polite and very nice. He was able to tell me everything that I needed to know about the car and all of its features. Ashley in the service department she is awesome. She communicated with me about my vehicle and she helped me to get assistance on getting some of stuff that needed to be done to my car. She helped me to find the extra money and discount to get some more things done to my car.

Easy to make appointment, people are great but for some
Easy to make appointment, people are great but for some reason Courtesy Brandon is not able to properly repair the issue. This is a SORENTO bought on Dec 2023 and it only have around 15 thousand miles. Check engine light came up and apparently it was the fuel injectors. They ordered them and few days later the installed them. Picked the car and couple of day later the check engine light came up again. Took the car and they diagnosed that they did not reset the code properly so they did. Picked up the car and only a few days later there was a loud noise that came out of the engine bay. Took the car again and this time it was a hose that they did not attached properly. Pick up the car again and to my disbelief the check engine light came back up again. Checking my options at this time.
