Erik was totally attentive and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and they were able to come in with a reasonable price. Overall, I thought they were awesome. Also wanna mention the Financial guy that did the closing and I really appreciate it how respectful he was and how thoughtfully he listened to what I had to say, thank you both

Given how extremely busy they were when I dropped my car

Given how extremely busy they were when I dropped my car off on a Saturday to get some recalls taken care of, they were exceptionally fast and the service team were all very kind. Communication, respectiveness and guidance were all present from each person I encountered. My appointment was at 1pm and they were able to complete the recalls before 4:30pm which is great although I was unable to get there before 5pm I did appreciate the communication and the urgency once my car was ready. Thank you all!

Wait time for any kind of service is 3+ hour before

Wait time for any kind of service is 3+ hour before vehicle is pulled to service area (thats with an appointment). Nick Edwards is the best service advisor I have ever worked with. Very honest regarding wait time and gives superb advice of any questions asked. No reason any if the advisors should have to deal with 90% of pissed off customers because of wait times because there aren’t enough service bays to handle the volume of vehicles ( I estimated only 15 maintenance bays with 2 others designated for alignments). I quit going for basic oil changes because of 3 hr wait. I take to private auto shop, where I only wait no more than 45 min. I purchased a new vehicle this week, which wasn’t a Kia. I loved my Kia, but changed to different make, mostly because of the service department

I started my sales process with an internet inquiry. I got a response very quickly. Jeff and Marc made my car buying experience very easy. I have bought many new cars over the years and this was one of the easiest and pleasant. And I got a great deal!!
