Scheduled my 2021 Telluride for hood cable release
Scheduled my 2021 Telluride for hood cable release repair. Bradley was my Service Advisor and got everything completed in a timely manner. He also informed me of a recall that required replacement of seat control. He will call when part arrives to complete follow-up.

Service is always excellent when I go to this dealership. The waiting room is always pleasant, convenient, and fully stocked with all kinds of coffee drinks, snacks, and ice cream 😋. My service representative is always pleasant, informative, and helpful.

Other than the fact that we had to wait two and a half
Other than the fact that we had to wait two and a half hours, the coffee was fresh a the staff and other customers were friendly . They need to become more efficient.

The fastest wait time and most accurate.
The fastest wait time and most accurate. However the technician/mechanic forgot to lock in the engine air filter. Just left filter lid wide open.

The facilities are nice and clean.
The facilities are nice and clean. The staff was courteous, polite and friendly, the coffee and cappuccino station was a great added touch. And the free ice cream was great for kids and adults.
