I had the best experience at Kia of Brandon! I had made an appointment online with Derick Vega for a Saturday morning, he was available when I arrived, very kind, informative, and knowledgeable! After negotiations we made a deal, and he promptly had us with Eric in finance, who was also excellent! I did not feel any pressure at all through the whole process! Delivery of my new Kia was a 10/10! Derick has also followed up with me to make sure everything is going well! I would highly recommend this dealership and Derick! Thank you!!

The service was great and Tori was very helpful with keeping me updated with the status of the repair. The shuttle (Lyft) rides makes it convenient to get my car to the dealership and still have a productive day without having to wait at the dealership.
