They try to get things done in an orderly fashion.

They try to get things done in an orderly fashion. But they are so overbooked, it's very hard. Don't really any complaints about the empoyees. They try hard.

John and Michael were amazing to work with.

John and Michael were amazing to work with. The online service was simple and convenient. And Michael’s delivery of the car was on time and his explanation of the car and it’s features was very thorough. It was a pleasure working with both of them.
