The service department did not notify me they were
The service department did not notify me they were keeping my car overnight for a second time when it was not necessary since they were not able to find the root issue. They didn’t call and let me know they were going to keep it another night, on a Saturday which meant I would be without a car until Monday, and I had to have a sales manger figure out what was going on with my car to release it to me
