I love coming to this location, service is always great!

I love coming to this location, service is always great! They get me in and out in a reasonable time. My service agent Nicholas always goes above and beyond! Their lobby is the best waiting area, or you can use the free shuttle service if you have other things to do in the meantime.

I recently went to Kia Brandon Dealership to get my oil

I recently went to Kia Brandon Dealership to get my oil change service. And as always I got a great experience!! All the staff always friendly and pleasant. This time my advisor was Bradley Clement. He did great!! I highly recommend this place.❤️

Nice and warming feeling when you start to walk in, the sales men always spend the time to explain the process of purchasing a vehicle, the packages that Kia offers is the best. I had a great experience buying a car. Special thanks to Ben Walker how assist and make it easy to drive a way with the piece of art vehicle

I had scheduled appts for an oil change and an anti-theft

I had scheduled appts for an oil change and an anti-theft software update. Was told it would be about 2.5 hr wait. (Eventhough when I had called to confirm my appts I was told it would be about 1.5 hrs). After waiting 2 hrs 10 minutes I texted the advisor that was assigned to me to see how close was is to being finished. I was a texted a list of recommended services that were needed. I declined all. I was texted the price for my oil change ..was intitially the wrong price.. After inquiring about the price it did get corrected.. I went to the desk assuming my vehicle was done.. Since I already had been there 2.5 hrs. Was told it would be at least another 1/2 hr as they just needed to run the software update... Absolutely ludicrous. 3 hrs for a scheduled appt.
