I took my car in for oil change and plug in tire, they

I took my car in for oil change and plug in tire, they ripped the oil shield, they scratched my rim and broke the trim, I was there 5 hours for this. I would not do any business with them. I contacted them and they said they would get back with me that was almost 2 weeks ago. I have emailed them pic's but nothing. I do not recommend there service department to anyone.

Service is terrible.

Service is terrible. I dropped my car off for an oil change and checkup and they said I needed a new battery, which cost $315. The total bill was $690. I had asked for a repair of one item, and that was not repaired at all. I received, in the mail, a USB drive to update my entertainment system. I spent 8 hours, following the instructions explicitly, only to have the error message, that the file was corrupted. I lost the entire entertainment system. I called the number that came with the USB, and they told me to go online and download the update myself. I did, and I got most of it back, but no voice-operated navigation. The Service Dept just threw their hands up, and gave the the same xxxx number to call, that I had called to be told to do it myself. I have a 2021 Kia Telluride with no voice command options, which I paid for. Nobody, at Courtesy Kia or online has any idea how to resolve this issue. I'd steer clear. Oh, this is the only time I went to the service department and have not been bombarded for requests to rate the service visit! hmmm.

i went in for an oil change today & dealt with Brad

i went in for an oil change today & dealt with Brad Clement-i received Professional customer service from Brad from the minute i walked up to his desk (Without an appointment) until i picked up my car. I would definitely recommend this dealership to family & friends. Thank you Brad for your kindness and positive professional attitude.

Don’t do any service here unless you have a whole frikken

Don’t do any service here unless you have a whole frikken day to waste!! Dropped off my car at 1pm for a recall that was told it would take 2 hours 15 mins…left and came back after 3 hours…they told me another 30 mins. Sat and waited another hour and a half. So it took 4.5 hrs to do a simple software update that was suppose to take 2 hrs 15 mins. Will not be doing any type of maintenance service here because I have other things to do on a Saturday than wait around for my car all day!!

I would not recommend this Kia dealership to anyone!

I would not recommend this Kia dealership to anyone! I felt they were very unprofessional due to their lack of transparency, for example, added products that I was initially told COULD be canceled, but when I tried to cancel the product, I am now being told, this product can NOT be canceled. I felt scammed by their staff, which is unfortunate b/c I was really excited to purchase my new car. Once again, I would not recommend them to anyone!
