On April 15, the service technician for Weikert Mobile

On April 15, the service technician for Weikert Mobile Service was efficient, courteous, and went above and beyond what I expected for an oil change and tire rotation. Repairmen had need of my driveway, so the Weikert technician graciously moved my car across the street to perform his work. I was pleasantly surprised at the low cost too. My neighbor pointed out that he even replaced a small light bulb. Thank you, Weikert Mobile Service. Jo

Sales crew was AWESOME!

Sales crew was AWESOME!!! Justin and Michael were very prepared as Michael had all paperwork present and ready when I arrived. I received a very informative and extensive class on my new King Ranch F250 from Justin. These two men made my experience very quick and to the point, they were awesome!!! I am very confident that all my needs (plus) were met by these 2 and were met in a very timely manner. The Weikerts have always had outstanding employees and this is just another example of Weikert Ford taking care of uts customers. Thank you

I did my homework and knew what vehicle I wanted, and

I did my homework and knew what vehicle I wanted, and what I wanted to pay, before I arrived at Weikert Ford. After being welcomed into the dealership, we sat down and had an adult conversation. No games. In the end, I am very pleased with my experience with the Weikert folks and will definitely consider them for my next vehicle purchase.

⭐ Strong Negative Review – Misrepresentation & No

⭐ Strong Negative Review – Misrepresentation & No Post-Sale Support I purchased this vehicle and requested pickup on Saturday, January 24, 2026, relying on the explicit representations made by the salesperson, Roylan Valenzuela, who stated that the vehicle was in perfect condition and fully inspected. I received the vehicle on January 25, 2026, and immediately reported a serious mechanical issue. From that moment on, communication from the dealership effectively stopped. The salesperson stopped answering my calls entirely and only sent a brief message stating he would “check with the manager,” which led to no action or follow-up. On the same day, I personally contacted the manager, Michael Alcock, who assured me that he would address the issue and contact me. To date, no response, no solution, and no follow-up has been provided. This situation demonstrates a clear pattern: before the sale, the dealership was highly responsive, repeatedly contacting me and providing prompt communication. Once the sale was completed and a legitimate problem was reported, the dealership became unresponsive. Selling a vehicle under assurances of proper condition and then refusing to provide post-sale support when defects are immediately reported is unacceptable and unprofessional. I am still awaiting a resolution and would strongly caution potential buyers to carefully consider this dealership’s business practices.
