Take Photos of Vehicle Before & After Service

I had an appointment for a oil change on Monday 3/28/22 at 10:30am. During the oil change my front plate was damaged in the dealership care, and no one felt the need to inform me of the damage plate. I immediately contacted Richard Acosta (Service Manager) and explained to him that my front plate was damaged in there care, and they can also look at the security cameras. I was the 3rd car waiting in line in camera view for from 10 ton15 minutes from entering the drive in service area where they take possession of the vehicles. I spoke with Richard Acosta over the phone, and via emails. He advised me to send him pics of the damaged plate, and I sent him 3 pictures from different angles. I also emailed him multiple options to resolve this issue via email on Tuesday 3/29/22, I'm still waiting to hear back from him or anyone from the dealership. He did mention he was checking with the parts department to give me a new plate, and I advised him, my plate was NOT an ordinary INFINITI plate, that's why I sent him multiple options to correct there screw up. The front plate and the INFINITI LOGO screws was a special order. It’s now April 20, 2022 I still have NOT received my reimbursement check for the front plate and screws I had to buy again from their screw up!!

Tampa Infiniti

We didn’t have an appointment and was greeted immediately by Carlos. The facility was clean, great energy, efficient service, we felt important and they did everything possible to walk out in the vehicle we wanted! We are very grateful and pleased with our Q50 Red sport “2022”. Thank you.

Service dept

I rather ship my car back to NY to Infiniti in Coney Island. I’ve owned a G37, M45x, Q70, Qx70s & now Q50s. So I know about Infiniti’s. My Q50 experience with Tampa service dept has been the worst ever. Not sure if it’s a lack of experience workers or knowledge, but having a car for 3.5 months and constant issues keep arising days after the “completed job” is lack of expertise in my opinion or the good ole “keep them coming back” shenanigan. Poor customer service from the manager Rick. My car kept having problems after the engine replacement they did, and those related issues were considered “courtesy”. Despite them telling you their work is warrantied, any issues that arise from the original problem is courtesy. My engine was replaced, then the check engine light was still on. They claimed it to be a computer module. They changed it (which the manager tried to refer to as courtesy). Not sure how that is courtesy when the service rep told me that part usually needs to be changed once the engine is swapped out, pet Infiniti Master tech. Now I drove less than 30miles and the check engine light is on again. This time it was the Evap, (which I’m familiar with). Infiniti replaced the part, well I drove 1.5 miles!!! And my car starts smoking all over. Super embarrassing to me. Drove back to the dealer for them to not believe me and tell me take the car home. While reversing out the dealer driveway my car starts smoking again, and the mechanic and manager staring at each other completely puzzled and having no clue on what to say. This place can care less about the safety of you and your vehicle on the road. I’m going to search for another Infiniti in the surrounding area. But stay away from this place if you care about your vehicle.

Avoid Infiniti of Tampa

I have had 2 previously good experiences with this dealership and have been loyal to my sales person Anton who is great. I was recently shopping for my 3rd Infiniti and with the chip shortage and low inventory, I decided to sell them my lease and take the equity. I was told a quote over the phone and they tried to nickel and dime dime for over $1000 at the last minute. The sales manager stated there were bugs on the car and tires were wore down. This was a complete sham and the car was in perfect condition. I wouldn’t of drove 45 minutes to be treated like this. Plus I’ve been driving an Infiniti since 2003 (almost 20 years!) Where is the loyalty? I feel like it was a slap in the face and disrespectful. This was almost 3 weeks ago. The sales manager, Julian, stated I would have my check in a week and he would follow up with me. He lied as I have not heard from him nor have I received my check. I called the dealership today and no one answered. How is that possible? Left a message and no call back. This dealership has taken a turn for the worse and would not recommend them to anybody.

After buying 2 Infinitis over the last 10 years from this...

After buying 2 Infinitis over the last 10 years from this dealership , I will never buy an Infiniti ever again. This dealership does not care about the customer and will nickel and dime you as much as possible. I was lied to and they tried to con me for over $1000 because there was dirt on my car when I sold my lease back to them. They promised me one price over the phone and after driving 45 minutes to the dealership, they told me another price. Where is the loyalty? The sales manager name was Julian and I would highly recommend you avoid this dealership at all cost!!
