Not fair
Got used Jeep. In 3 weeks. Back and fourth. They where not fair to me. I was there 5 times. And Steve. Make like i didn’t see that. Like I did it. Fix one thing break. Two things.

Fantastic deal and service

Amazing
I will be honest. I am normally not one of those people that like to taking surveys, but I thought I would do it this time around. Lol. I really do enjoy coming to this dealership. The staff here is amazing and friendly. I always ask for Steve when I come in for my oil changes. He's a great guy. I enjoy seeing him and Jon everytime. This is my second Jeep that I have bought from here. I appreciate the great customer service that I continue to get from the sales and service associates.

Great service. Reasonable prices.
My service experience was very good. I will definitely come back there for continued service on my van. The only thing I wish they would do is run the vehicle through the carwash. That's what the Ford dealership does. Just a nice added benefit.

They made it a very comfortable wait with free coffee and donuts, clean restroom, and TV. I was also amazed at how fast the service was completed

excellant service
Bought 2016 wrangler from Tracy two years ago. Very helpful, attentive and humerous! She makes you want to buy that car from her!! Becky is awesome in service dept. have had some bad experiences in the past with one service rep. Steve is very good also. Kudos to the techs Kevin and Craig. They will go above and beyond to make sure everything is all tightened up on the 2017 rubi.

My problem wasn't fixed
My engine left Ferman with the same top-end engine chatter I brought it in for. No one at Ferman wanted to listen when I said "rocker arm" issue, and I'm fairly well-educated about engine function. I took my Jeep to Crystal in Brooksville and they diagnosed it as a faulty rocker arm. Mike Hughes at Ferman told me to let my Jeep get worse before bringing it back in. Why would I want it to get worse and risk a domino effect of problems down the line? Given the circumstances, it would be challenging for me to say my experience was good there. Crystal didn't give me any headache and they fixed my Jeep as I wanted to be done in the first place. I feel like a number at Ferman, whereas the service manager at Crystal spent time with me personally to understand what was going on. I wish I could be more involved in the repair process at Ferman instead of everything being done behind closed doors while I sit in a waiting room at eat donuts and drink soft drinks.
