First, I cannot remember the Service person That helped me, but he hands down more than I could ever thank him. We brought in my wife's KIA which had a flat on I4 with our granddaughter in the car. I changed the tire, and the spare was not fully inflated, and the dealership was by the exit so we pulled in to see if they could fix the tire. The service person made me feel at ease letting me know he would take care of the flat but get my wife and granddaughter safely back on the road. He delivered his promise and made a bad situation turn into a good experience. We have been looking to replace my wife's car and have been test driving many different makes this single experience has me leaning towards a Nissan because of the outstanding service he provided us. I wish I could remember the service person's name and thank him for all he did for us yesterday.

I already did a survey Greg Gretel and and thoroughly explained my service log for me. He was both profesional and attentive.

I have had my vehicle for more than seven years, so most of my interaction is with my service manager, Robin. She takes very good care of me and my vehicle.

Robin is the greatest! She made sure my vehicle was done right. Service was fast!
