I was there for a total of five hours to get my oil

I was there for a total of five hours to get my oil changed. I asked several times was my car finished and everyone acted as if they had no clue. My car had apparently been finished but no one called me.

We had to have our air conditioning fixed, which required the dash to be removed and the car to be kept several nights. We were given a loaner car and treated very well. Robin is our service representative, and even made the arrangements for us on her day off. She gave us her personal cell phone and communicated with us.

These guys really helped me get out of my old car into a brand new 2025 that was within my price range. They were patient with our many questions and I'm pretty happy with my car.

I thought I already left a review for this visit. Anyways, service was fine. Employees were friendly and helpful. I wish the waiting area had an area rug or something to separate it from everything else. The main issue is the bathrooms need to be thoroughly cleaned or remodeled. It doesn't fit with the rest of the dealership. They look worse than a gas station bathroom Otherwise everything is fine.
