It took 3 hours to do an oil change and an all wheel

It took 3 hours to do an oil change and an all wheel balance with rotation. I disagreed with a per tire balance charge of 24.95. I do not remember there being a charge. I picked up my vehicle, and as I left the dealership, my vehicle poured out white smoke from the exhaust. Came back waited another 1 and a half only to find out that 6 quarts of oil was filled instead of the 5 the vehicle required. They compensated a vehicle wash as a courtesy.

De was very nice to work with.

De was very nice to work with. He answered all questions and has ordered a part for the code I have on my car. He set an appointment fpr me to get it fixed on Friday.

For the most part very unprofessional.

For the most part very unprofessional. Lack alot to be desired Terrible communication and paperwork and feel was a low budget fly bye night used car lot. Not a good look for a dealership
