Robin Rocky's the best service advisor I've ever had she explains things very well, she keeps me updated and makes sure everything's done right and I couldn't say enough about her great customer skills.

Gentalman was very nice would like a copy of my service check which was stated it would be sent to my email but never received

Paid $70 for an advertised $9.99 semi synthetic oil change, same oil I always use. Got reason after reason why I can't use that oil. Said xxxx it and just got the full synthetic as I didn't want to keep going back and forth. If they can't do a $9.99 oil change and in today's economy I don't know how they can they should not advertise it.
