First time dealing with Jenkins Nissan I was in the market for used truck I saw one on the website I went to check it out Victor Jimenez was the salesman very nice and accommodating Ty was the finance officer and they both worked hard to make the deal work I’m very pleased and would consider Jenkins Nissan in the future

Gil is a good service advisor!
Gil is a good service advisor! He made sure I was taken care of! The only thing that I had a problem with was how long it takes! But then I want the job done right! I Don’t desire a rush job! That creates mistakes and who needs mistakes these days! Gil will be my service advisor from now on. He is a good improvement for Nissan as in the past I have left Nissan unhappy!! This time I am satisfied and happy I got the best attention for vehicle issues!

I'm very please to see Robin Rockey back in the service department, she's always on top of things and gets it done. I've always had her as our service rep and we are very please to see her back in the department. She makes a major impact in my opinion.

I'm losing faith in the Lakeland shop.
I'm losing faith in the Lakeland shop..first time I got a oil change they didn't put any washer fluid in my car..left it empty..I call and they said bring it back..I just brought some and did it myself..On yesterday took it to get a oil change and get my transmission serviced..Told them to check my air pressure in my tires.. when they finished my car I ask did they check my tires...she said yes...Got up this morning for work and the lights was on for.low tire pressure..so they never did check it like they said..Had to take it to Sam's Club and get it done this morning, which I work at Sam's..but why lie..it makes me double think did they do my transmission work that I payed almost 300.00 dollars for or did they lie about that..This is the second time this has happened to me at this dealership....They need to get it together..I'm not pleaded at all.. I did call and report it both times..
