In general terms, they have good service.
In general terms, they have good service. The employees are courteous, they listen to the needs of the clients and work with each person's budget. Mr. Luis is very professional with his work and gives very good advice, creating an environment of trust without rushing the client. I would like the sales or lease process to be more agile, as it is usually exhausting for both the advisor and the client, as well as the closing of the previous account to avoid misunderstandings between the billing party and the client when a new sale or lease is made.

I went for an oil change at 1 pm did not leave the
I went for an oil change at 1 pm did not leave the dealership until almost 5:30 pm. I had 4 tires replaced last year and that took almost 4 hours as well. My appointment was at 5 pm and I was the last service customer that day. It should not take that long for an oil change or to have tires replaced. I am not sure I will EVER go back to this dealership for any services that are needed on my vehicle.

Luis was the nicest person we have ever come across.
Luis was the nicest person we have ever come across. He seemd to go way out of his way to show us a vehicle that was just the right one for us. He pulled up several vehicles and he knew everything about them. He did not pressure us one bit. It was a pleasure doing business with you because of Luis. Well earned 5 stars!

Customer service was great.
Customer service was great. But everytime I bring my vehicle in to get serviced, the technician never put the clips in to secure the flap or plastic item in the front of my vehicle. I don't know the name of the item. And I'm always missing clips. I live 40 minutes away to return. So I try to get another service center (Walmart, Sam's or Goodyear) to secure the flap, because it is hanging when I drive. So it drags. Very aggravating!
