The service appointment went well.
The service appointment went well. It did take longer than I expected but it was a weekend so I understand the slowdown on that day. I was able to manage waiting in the dealership looking around the lot with vehicles for sale while I waited. And the advisor kept me up to date as much as possible for the status of the car.

Experienced hiccups in ordering correct parts and it took
Experienced hiccups in ordering correct parts and it took days longer than anticipated. When we first called to schedule because our car was towed into this shop, it took 3 calls as they kept putting us on hold for longer than 15 minutes!
