Service department is wonderful and Service advisor named

Service department is wonderful and Service advisor named Jim went over and above keeping me updated while my 2023 Buick Encore Dx was in for warranty. Highly recommend.

STAY AWAY FROM THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!

STAY AWAY FROM THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! Mike the manager is horrible to deal with. Had a car for 3 weeks, and when we got there it still didn't run and the car was full of ants from sitting so long. They gave a loaner car since it was closing time so they could get rid of the ants and try to figure out why it wouldn't start. They called one hour before closing to say if it wasn't picked up before closing Mike was going to charge $50.00 a day and it couldn't be picked up until Tuesday due to the weekend. Threatened to call the police if we could not get there in 1 hour. The mechanic got fired during time of service. (Wonder why?) Replaced and charged for unnecessary parts. Charged for a brand new radio but the radio was the same one in the car with all preset stations still there. Do not not go to them for service.

We were very happy purchasing a new equinox from James

We were very happy purchasing a new equinox from James Vaughan at Jim Browne in Dade City, Florida! He helped us make a smooth transition from our previous vehicle at their dealership to our new purchase. I would highly recommend him for your next vehicle!

Very dishonest.

Very dishonest. Had service done with a rep who originally lied about my total over the phone and then of course I could not get my keys back till paying the full amount which was double my quote. Go to the Brooksville dealership, so much better! I am not the first one to experience this. In fact, I am seeing it is commonplace for them to attempt to double charge diagnostic fees in the hope that the customer will not notice...

The service department at Jim Browne Chevrolet GMC in

The service department at Jim Browne Chevrolet GMC in Dade City were terrific to deal with. They replaced the windshield and repaired paint defects on the vehicle I purchased. They also replaced all the locking hub nuts and repaired a leaky tire. They were extremely responsive and repaired the vehicle without hesitation. I will take all my vehicles to Jim Browne for service given the attention they paid us. They provided the best customer service!

I just don't know what to do right now !

I just don't know what to do right now ! It rained while I was driving, turned on wiper switch on my much loved 2011 Enclave, and wipers did not work. I immediately got an appointment at Jim Browne Buick, Dade City , where I always go. I left the Enclave with James, telling him I did not know if the problem was a bad fuse, or a bad relay, or a bad switch, or a bad motor, just needed it fixed because of the rain forcast. He advised me they would have to do a diagnostic to find the problem. My wife picked me up , to take me to my VA appointment. On the way, I got a text from James at Service Dept. Saying if I needed anything else just let him know. I replied immediately, asking, why the diagnostic,? Why not Check the 4 most likely things first, ....... I waited , but no response. I heard nothing til I phoned James 6 hours later . Imagine my surprise to hear it needed a computer part that "controls all of the electronics in the Enclave" . to the tune of almost $900.00. I really don't know what to do, the whole thing seems " suspect" , to say the least , plus,it's 2 more weeks until SS money comes. I was going to trade in my 2011, which I love , upgrade to a newer Enclave, but thought I should fix the wipers before I trade.in. Now, the deal probably won't happen, because I can't pay $900.00 to fix the darned wiper right now. It's my own fault , one could say, BUT, what 82 year old would even think it would be THAT much to fix a wiper. I'm not blaming Jim Browne , but nobody even hinted at that cost, This is sticker shock at it's max. And, I really DON'T know what I'm going to do. Any thoughts anyone ???

Was told that we had a bleb on the side of the tire.

Was told that we had a bleb on the side of the tire. The tire was approximately three months old. We were told that they were going to see if the tire company Goodyear would back a warranty for that tire and we were told initially that it would be $550 for a new tire. Again, the tire was only a few months old and there was no nail etc. Never heard back from the dealership. No further communication and essentially was ghosted. Very unhappy with their Handling of this issue

I had a great car buying experience at Jim Browne

I had a great car buying experience at Jim Browne Chevrolet in Dade City. Tim Dayok helped me find the perfect vehicle. I also had the opportunity to meet General Manager Sam Rhineberger who both progessional and personable. In the past I have dreaded car shopping, but everyone at Jim Brown from sales to management to finance was professional, helpful and a pleasure to do business with!

I have purchased 11 or 12 vehicles here between Jim Browne Jeep Ram Chevy dealers. I have to say that in sales, Jerry and Joe M Have done an excellent job with customer service between the two dealers. This Review in no way reflects on sales. They are five stars amazing people to communicate with. Now my issue was with finance department service when I trade a vehicle in, I usually bring the odometer statement to the original vehicle dealer. They give me the paper we sign it all extended warrantees.m refunded. Done but this time I called ahead of time told him ( Steve ) I was coming down and what I doing and I got to his office he was listening to the sports on the computer so I guess I interrupted his time to listen and literally made every single excuse to not have to do the paperwork He even told me if he gives me the paperwork to fill out it could take up to six months to get the check in the mail. It usually takes two weeks sometimes less the longest it’s ever taken me as three weeks to get the refund checks back. What a waste of my time. As a Truck driver my days off are extremely limited.

5 Star Service Every Time at Jim Browne Chevrolet! I recently had my 2024 Silverado 3500HD in for service and dealt with Justin. His professionalism and kind demeanor with customers are hard to come by. If you want quality service done by good people look no further!
