Rich C.

Rich C. is always nice to deal with. He really knows cars. He will mention services I need when I go for the regular oil change. This time it was cabin air and engine air filters, which had not been changed in last 25000 miles. Way too long with all the pollen in Florida.

I took my vehicle in to this dealership to have my oil

I took my vehicle in to this dealership to have my oil change, tire rotation and to have a warranty repair on trim piece on my dashboard. They informed me the trim piece would need to be ordered and I would have to come back. When the part was available, I took my vehicle back to the dealership to have this piece installed, half the day later the service advisor said to us sorry it's taking so long they had to remove your dash. With that said the dash should not of had to be removed for this piece to be installed. Upon picking up the vehicle there was visible damage and the dashboard ( pry marks in the leather). They agreed to fix it , said that they would have to install a new dashboard. They called me a couple weeks later said the dash was there and it would be 2 days at the most they would have my vehicle and I could bring it in. That 2 days turned into a week several calls and messages left without no response on how long it was going to be or why it was taking so long. I go to pick up my vehicle, I noticed damage on my steering wheels ( scarpe marks and noticeable rub marks ) I showed this to the service advisor and they claim to responsibility and this was not there when the car was dropped off. I will never recommend this dealership nor refer anyone. If anything I will guide people not to ever go to this establishment. They tear your stuff up and take no accountability. Horrible customer service.

I’m not too sure of what’s been going on there.

I’m not too sure of what’s been going on there. However one thing that I know is they have been going through advisors like water. I had to go back and forth to get my services completed. Also over promised and under delivered which is a big no no for peeps. This is ridiculous that the can’t comps simple oil change in one setting. I feel like there a like of leadership and also my truck is still yet to be fix. It stated shift park still that’s the main reason I took it there first of all. Over frustrated
