Oil change took 2 hours. Explanation of why given 1.25 hours in, AFTER I saw car go in at 1:10 min late. Given $15 discount which was decent but insufficient for making me late.

We had an apt at 830 am Tuesday and they did not pull the car in until 930am . Why have an apt and have to wait an hour before getting started on it. We are very upset and will probably go to another dealer our next visit

Excellent service once again! All the service people, the lady the young guy and the older guy "bill I think is his name" work together towards making the customer fell like the problem is getting fixed. In my case I have a 2012 Buick lacrosse that I bought new and the A/C motor was acting funny. They found out what was wrong and it was no big deal. They could have charged me a lot and I wouldn't have known the difference. They're not like that. Best and most honest service I have ever seen. I hope their management keeps thing going like this as it's hard to assemble and maintain a team like this.

This was hands-down the best truck buying experience we’ve ever had. No monkeying around with numbers it was exactly what they said! Russ, Lonnie and Jeremy were all amazing! Great experience with Gordon. He was very personable and was able to assist me with getting the truck I wanted. I would definitely see him again when I buy another truck. Finance tried to sell me the extended warranty and only told me part of the terms. He told me that is was for 6 years but did not tell me that it was only for 75,000 miles which ever comes first. I found out that my bank offers an extended warranty that is much better and cheaper. I think the full terms should be explained rather then just half the terms that you agree to.
