We bought my wife a Two year old Chevy Silverado 2500 HD

We bought my wife a Two year old Chevy Silverado 2500 HD diesel for $50,000 we told them when we bought it that the air conditioning wasn’t working correctly they told me it was in my head that I should push the recirculation button on the dash which of course was a lie. I have since sent two letters to them they ignored both letters today I spent $1500 to get the air conditioning fixed on the truck, stay as far away from these crooked liars as possible. Great Service!

The service department at Jenkins Mazda is excellent. Jasmine and Katelyn took the time to explain the possible causes of my problem, diagnosed my car and fixed it quickly. The service department is always professional and friendly.

Way to go Anthony

Due to my health, I was having trouble getting in and out of my SUV. I had to downsize to a car. So, thanks so very much to Anthony working with me all day long, because I am so picky. He did not lose his temper, he did not lose his patience. He was very polite, very nice and smiled through it all. I finally found a car that I love. If anyone asks me who to go to for a wonderful experience and a great deal, I send them to Anthony at Jenkins.

BUYERS BEWARE OF JENKINS MAZDA

Bought 6 of my last cars from Jenkins Mazda and always respected their dealership. 3of the last 6 were bought brand new. My last and final purchase was over a year ago. A 2019 Dodge Journey to replace my new 2021 Mazda 3 that was totaled out in an accident. I trusted them to give me the best deal possible. I can not fault my sales person (SHERIFF) as she is only a go between for the dealership. As usual dealers are leery of giving an upfront selling price but ask what my finance limit is. I explained no higher than my last new car purchase. She took my information to the sales manager and came back with an offer higher than I was willing to pay. She went back and returned saying 'they agreed to give me a $5000 discount for being a valued customer'. The fiance price was acceptable and our deal was made. I left as a satisfied customer I THOUGHT until I got home and browsing the internet I located my car I just purchased for $1400 less than the sales agreement showed the selling price. This ad was at Jenkins Mazda, same car, same mileage and same VIN number. I called and argued as to why they said they gave me a $5000 discount for being a valued customer. Their excuse was the listed ad did not include refurbishing fees. They stated all ads on that site are lower because of the supposed fee. I checked with a number of other dealers and they each said they never heard of such a thing. Advertised prices are supposed to reflect the true selling price. I called and talked the General Manager and told him of my discontent. He told me I could return this car because he had others interested in it. I told him JENKINS MAZDA will never sell me another vehicle. He did send me a check for $500 for my concerns. BUYERS BEWARE....JENKINS MAZDA IS APPARENTLY THE ONLY DEALERSHIP that adds cost to advertised prices. Get an upfront selling price before considering finance options. JENKINS MAZDA....YOU HAVE LOST A VALUED CUSTOMER. I WILL NEVED BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM YOU. IF you treat 'VALUED CUSTOMERS' this way then I can only imagine how much you overcharge all other customers.

Not a good place to buy used car in my opinion.

In my opinion I had an awful buying experience.Bought a used mazda mx5 rf from here.Was told by my salesman Clay that they wouldn't sell a car that had been severely damaged.A week after buying the car the panels around the windshield flew off while driving.The carfax said it was in an accident but it was from the back of the car not the front.Was obviously in a severe accident that wasn't listed on carfax.This car should have never been sold in my opinion.Was told that the car had been inspected and that the breaks had been replaced tires ect.This was so far from the truth.The breaks need to be replaced, the tires,something is wrong with transmission,there was mold in the windshield wiper fluid container.The alignment is so far out of wack.In my opinion they dont care about the cars they sell.No pride.I love mazda especially miatas.This will probably be my last.

Jenkins Mazda Rips Off Lease Clients

I leased a Miata from Jenkins and found that they added hundreds of dollars in illegal fees when I exercised my option to purchase the vehicle under lease. Yes, this is in clear violation of the federal Consumer Protection act that prohibits fees not specifically included in the original lease document. However, under a new Florida law (thank you DeSantis) dealers can do this in Florida.

I'm back! Again!!

Again! I have always had a great buying experience at Jenkins Mazda in Ocala Florida with Scott being my sales person. I mean face it, it's a psychological war as well. I say that cause this is the 7th new mazda vehicle I have purchased at Jenkins Mazda in Ocala. The thing is that I arm myself because I know there is going to be negotiations back and forth with other members of the Mazda team ( remember there is no I in team) but I must say the team at Jenkins Mazda is a well-oiled machine (Steven, Mr. Joe and the responsibilities of the finance staff) believe me I observe. Meaning each staff person doing their job well. I trust Scott and that's why I'm a repeat customer of his. I could buy my vehicles in Gainesville and save time and gas. However, I choose to come to a business where you are not just another number, and they know there is a very good chance that I will purchase a vehicle if negotiations goes well, it's a win win situation for all parties involved. Let's be real, they make money and I'm happy with the purchase of my vehicle (the last thing I know they do what to hear is I'll sleep on it) This is my review again, more detailed. To those staff persons that had a hand in making my transaction happen. I think each of you. Mr. Blake Gainesville Fla.

Not helpful

I went in to cacael my gap insurance That the insurance company told me to go to dealership. After the salesman brought me to the guy he said he didn't want to do it then noticed me standing there he said it will be a few mins he never came out.i could see him though the glass with his hands on his face I guess taking a nap. They are all over you when your buying but after that good luck they want nothing to do with you

Lying salesmen

AJ kept calling me to get me buy a car. He offered a $300 gift card and said that it was sent. I checked up three times and he said it went through. To this day I never got it. Now!! You tell me. If I can't trust your word on something so simple, why would I trust you with a car purchase. I hate liars!!
