service - oil change and comprehensive check.

I am very pleased with the service department with the quality of work and helpfulness of the personnel. I had a bad experience in December when I asked about trading in my lease early for a new car. Salesperson Kathy followed up in the showroom on Friday. I told her that the offer was out of line and not realistic. She relayed my experience to Patrick Glavey. We talked about the overall experience. He expressed concern and gave assurance that in future dealings the dealership would work with me. I appreciate his attempt to make things right. Our lease currently has 2 more years.

overall satisfied

we are very happy with our car from Jenkins. however, not entirely thrilled with the back and forth negotiating. we asked for the best deal upfront. unfortunately that's not what we got. due to the salespersons tenacity and the deal we initially wanted and finally got, we ended up buying. my advice to anyone going there: be stubborn and stand your ground. you will eventually get the deal you want.
