Bad management

I only gave them one star because the sales lady that talked to me was nice and tried to help. I was interested in a 2019 Corvette which I made an appointment to test drive but after arriving I was told I wasn’t allowed too drive it unless we made a deal. They were even reluctant to let me start it. After starting it, it was pretty obvious why. Something was definitely wrong. It only had 21000 miles on it and they only offered a 50,50 warranty. That made it all come together for me after starting the car. It was missing very badly and missing on acceleration. Everyone’s attitude wasn’t to my liking except the sales lady who’s name was Ginette She was a nice lady, but I would never recommend this dealership. I am 80 years old and have owned 9 corvette’s in my life along with many other vehicles and have never even had a ticket much less an accident and even drove my 2007 corvette convertible which is in excellent condition and the didn’t allow me to drive the vehicle because their manager said something could happen. That’s why we pay ridiculous prices for auto insurance in case something happens. Don’t waste your time with these people.

Shopping for a Tahoe, At John Hall they adding $8000 over sticker. Still claiming the Covid shortage excuse. That was 2 years ago. Stop ripping people off.

Apparently they want a guarantee that I would buy the

Apparently they want a guarantee that I would buy the overpriced Bold EUV in order to test drive it. I'm very disappointed that Matt at Jon Hall Used Cars Super Center that refused to let me test drive their over priced 2022 Bolt EUV today because I informed him that it was overpriced and the same year, model and trim with 1000 more miles on it is listed for 6k less in Gainesville Florida. Matt explained something about how valuable his sales associates time is and that while the sales associate is with me for the test drive he could miss other sales. As a manager myself, I would have found a way to make it happen. Have a manager or receptionist, heck, pull the janitorial staff to make it happen for a potential customer to give a test drive. Instead all I received was a refusal to let me test drive. This is horrible customer service. During the test drive, I might have changed my mind and purchased the car from this lot, I could have advised others what great customer service there is at this business. Unfortunately now I will be letting everyone know to avoid this dealership.

Bought a truck and found it was 500.

Bought a truck and found it was 500.00 cheaper on their web site. They would not honor the advertisement. Talk to people like their stupid.... Guess I was, I bought a car there...

BUYER BEWARE FROM JON HALL!

Buyer Beware! Rude people hung up on 5 times! Mom Purchased a truck 2020 now TRans is shot and they told her they will call Us when part gets in then be prepared to have no car for up to 2 weeks! and we sold all the loaner cars when Covid hit! REALLY the truth is all cars including used cars price of them went thru the roof so they sold all of them, for profit! I have used them before but never again LIARS!!!! I called another chevy dealer and they have loaners So we are going to them! I will pass this on to everyone in Volusia county stay away! AGAIN BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Lol, seeing the other comments and being a former Auto

Lol, seeing the other comments and being a former Auto Finance manager I can see that this is doing very badly for Jon Hall. Further more they sell above MSRP when pretty much the rest of the state sells at or under. Maybe they are trying to go out of business.

TOP SALESMAN AT JON HALL

Without any doubt, if you want a salesman who will do a great job for you finding the right car at the right price, have your back anytime there's an issue, help you as the years go by with anything that may come up, find JAVIER TORRES AT JON HALL. Just recently I had an issue with some paperwork (extended warranty) four years after my purchase from Javier/Jon Hall and Javier jumped right on it and had it taken care of within a day. He's the best.

Typical bait and switch.

Typical bait and switch...advertising a vehicle for one price then when you call to see it they add 20k. Misleading ads all to get calls and responses.

Wrong Advetising Prices

Dealerships games: I was looking to purchase a new 2023 Chevrolet Corvette, so I was looking at cars.con and this dealership had a few Corvettes listed on the Cars.com. I did inquired about a Corvette and one of their salesman send me an email with the price of $20,000.00 above the MSRP listed price on Cars.com. In my opinion they want to lure you with false prices on new cars. BTW I just bought a new BMW for my wife and we paid the actual MSRP price listed on the vehicle. I don't recommend this dealership.

Stopped in the dealership today to inquire about a new

Stopped in the dealership today to inquire about a new Corvette, I currently drive a 2021 Mustang GT premium and am looking to trade for a new Mustang Dark Horse or a 2LT Corvette. After explaining to the salesman that I was looking for a C8 I had to tell him it was a Corvette. When we got over to the cars I asked if he could open one so I could have a seat since I am 6'5" it can be a problem. I was told that they do not allow people to sit in the cars because people that buy expensive cars don't like other people sitting in them. Needless to say I left and the salesman could not understand why I was leaving. Horrible dealership with horrible salespeople.
