The dealership even had the car driven from San Antonio to Houston the same day to get it to me — great communication throughout and the car arrived in perfect condition. I am not too happy with the way Cavender is handling my frequent loss of oil in my Escalade. I just can't see paying $200.00 again for checking (real) level of oil at 1500 miles.... When it's already documented that my V8 engine is consuming excess amount of oil.

Was able to get a same day appointment for routine service early in the morning. Dropped off asking for delivery by 4pm, and received a call shortly after noon telling me service was complete.
