The whole buying process was easy — paperwork was straightforward, the team was upfront about pricing and financing, and there were no surprises at signing. The dealership even had the car driven from San Antonio to Houston the same day to get it to me — great communication throughout and the car arrived in perfect condition. That kind of service made the whole experience feel effortless

Me and my husband have purchased several cars at Cavender Cadillac and I have to say the service we received on my recent purchase was Great! The salesman Larry White was very knowledgeable, friendly and kind. I love my Car and give Thanks to Larry for his hospitality.

I am not too happy with the way Cavender is handling my frequent loss of oil in my Escalade. I just can't see paying $200.00 again for checking (real) level of oil at 1500 miles.... When it's already documented that my V8 engine is consuming excess amount of oil.

I appreciate the low-pressure, friendly environment at Cavender. And if you come on for service you can wait in the pleasant waiting room and have a snack. Or choose to leave and return when service is complete.

Was able to get a same day appointment for routine service early in the morning. Dropped off asking for delivery by 4pm, and received a call shortly after noon telling me service was complete.
