Sold me a brand new car. I noticed there was a dent in the door and at the time I was promised that the door would be replaced. Fast forward a year. They took the car into service and did a "repair". Nothing was fixed. In fact, it looks worse than it did prior to them making the "repairs". They refuse and are now starting to say things like, "Did you get it in writing that we will replace the door?" Yes. It's in writing that the brand-new car I ordered directly from General Motors be brand new. Cadillac is the flagship of General Motors and this dealership acts more like a used car dealership, making whatever promises needed to make a sale and then refuses to do anything. I guess, lawyers it is.

The staff was great and quick to assist. However I scheduled a 11:45 appointment and the vehicle wasn’t taken back for an hour and a half so don’t end up leaving the dealership until about 2:30 PM.
