Cavender Cadillac has never disappointed.

Cavender Cadillac has never disappointed. Took a less then desirable score and got me a tier bump with gm financial. After trade value and make ready I was leaving with in a hour with a 2025 xt6. From Larry the salesman to Daniel in finance. Quick and painless process. Even with my doubts of being approved they pulled it through for me.

Over a 2 hour wait when I had a scheduled appointment.

Working with Cavender Cadillac was a great experience, and our salesman, Tony Slaughter was awesome! He was straightforward in working out our deal, and neither he nor the dealership used any high pressure sales tactics, gimmicks or added any unnecessary, unwanted or shady fees to the sales price. It was very comfortable working with Tony and the Cavender team and we’re very happy with our new vehicle! Highly recommend giving them a shot at your business.

Cavendar Cadillac’s customer service is unparalleled. They make you feel like a close friend or family member throughout your entire deal. The sales team is knowledgeable and not pushy. It is the opposite of a normal sales experience. It is my 3rd purchase (2 with Martin) and my 1st EV (with Eris). Even after the deal was done, Eris has checked on me and helped me figure out all my new features! If you’re on the fence, just go see for yourself. They will work hard to earn AND keep your business.

Missed major steps on what service was to be performed on

Missed major steps on what service was to be performed on my Cadillac. I was overcharged and a service was done that I didn’t request. I ask specifically for 2 services, wasn’t able to see the computer service consultant was looking at. Next thing I knew a tablet was presented, and I signed it. When I received the completed detailed list of services performed, a third item was added, something I never had done before, as this was my 3rd service on my Cadillac. This was totally unexpected, and unacceptable, but it was stated, that’s what was agreed upon. Fast talking and not going into details is a horrible experience, as I’m a 2 time owner of a Cadillac.
