I received an email from Cavender that my vehicle was due for service soon. I called Carlos to schedule my vehicle for service and also to get other issues fixed. Carlos scheduled me right away. I appreciate Carlos for having patience and taking time to go over the issues I mentioned to make sure they were all captured. I also appreciate the mechanic for sending me a video footage of the multi-point vehicle inspection report of issues found. Great customer service!
