Owning a Cadillac and dealing with Cavender has been our

Owning a Cadillac and dealing with Cavender has been our worst car owning experience in our lives. Cadillac has sunk to the bottom of the barrel and Cavender has followed them there. They do not seem to have competent knowledgeable technicians to fix your car properly. And when they have your car for a month nothing is done to set you up in a loaner comparable to the car you purchased. Customer service is non-Existent. You can get better service at a Fird dealership.. that’s how bad it is. We will dump this car before the warranty expires. We will avoid Buying its replacement at any Cavender owned dealership..

There are only two locations. Our experience is at the San Antonio Location. We are going to have to take the car back, yet again this month for additional warranty work. It seems to never end when you own a Cadillac.

As we walked to the dealership we were approached by Ray

As we walked to the dealership we were approached by Ray Trejo a very professional person. The dealership should be very proud to have him in your staff and he welcomed us with respect and very well mannered. He was very helpful and always gives us updates on our vehicle. And the service was excellent and we were very satisfied with this dealership, we recommend this place as being top notch!!

Cavender Cadillac has never disappointed.

Cavender Cadillac has never disappointed. Took a less then desirable score and got me a tier bump with gm financial. After trade value and make ready I was leaving with in a hour with a 2025 xt6. From Larry the salesman to Daniel in finance. Quick and painless process. Even with my doubts of being approved they pulled it through for me.
