I’m originally from Dallas & my truck broke down the day I had to come home. Although I was on hold for 30 I got a hold of a receptionist & was able to give her my contact info & received not ONE call but two calls from different service advisors! Which Im feel super grateful for! Jordan was very helpful & I really appreciate it . Thank you so much for your wonderful team!

Sterling McCall Buick GMC is very reputable, very reliable, very well maintained, and very well equipped. Mr. John Ramirez is the best advisor very experienced and very knowledgeable. He responded immediately either by phone or texting. He explained to me thoroughly what was wrong with car and how much will it cost. He was very patient and courteous. Mr. Ramirez should be a team leader who can train the staff and make sure they are prepared for the challenges and opportunities that come along with them.

I worked with Jerald and mainly did everything over the phone as I was from out of town. He made the process pretty smooth overall and communicated well. We agreed to terms over the phone and I drove the next day to pickup my new truck. Great experience overall!!!
