Second time getting my vehicle serviced was on time both
Second time getting my vehicle serviced was on time both times other dealerships took up to five hours to do the same thing only took 1 1/2 hours and best of all I called in at 8 am setup appointment for 1 pm everything went great like last time

I normally start with positive but I can’t this time. The service dept. has lied & disappointed me after a second opinion. I have no trust within my service man anymore. I pray Sterling McCall Buick offers a resolution to this video evidence that contradicts what their repairman said and the cost they charged me. Sincerely, hoping they will be honest and make it right. Refund that non performed and unnecessary testing fee. Signed a loyal & repeat customer.
