I have purchased a few vehicles in my lifetime.

I have purchased a few vehicles in my lifetime. I must say this has been the worst. Be very careful when dealing with these crooks. They will tell you the car price and your trade in value but if you don’t pay close attention to your paperwork they will mark the prices up. Even after you catch it their answer is that you already signed the contract. Knowing they just stole from you without any remorse. The worst never patronize this place!

Michael Johnson, sales rep, was pleasant and informative. I advised I was interested and would bring my personal check to the dealership within next two days. My wife and I came the next day, met with Michael and his sales supervisor. We were then asked to meet with the financial clerk, who'd "be right with us." Forty five minutes later, with no contact by anyone advising reason for the delay, we were asked to go to the financial office. I presented my personal check, earlier seen by sales staff, and was advised only certified checks were accepted. It went downhill from then on, and I ended up going to a local branch of my bank, getting a certified check, and finishing the transaction. I was told a new oil filter required fir the sale, and new wiper blades also required, were in the back of the car. I went to my Volvo mechanic for installation of these items and was advised the parts provided by Sterling McCall were after market knockoffs and not worth installing. Obviously I probably won't refer anyone to this dealership.

I would recommend this dealership for your car need, specially my sales Debbie, she’s very patient and very attentive to all my requests, even after the trade in value was not like I expected she still helping me to fight for the higher value, after the sales she continued help me with my questions. I really recommend everyone to Debbie if you need purchase Buick or GMC vehicles.

They asked me what was the problem I told them they did a bunch of repairs that was not the problem and I had to pay for it but when they fixed what I told them to it started I think this is total xxxxxxxx
