Their way of thinking negotiating price is to take off a couple hundred off a truck listed for 65900. I passed on it. Seemed greedy.

I asked what the lowest he would go on a truck that has been there 33 days. He said it was priced for a quick sale. Not so quick at 33 day's. He didn't ask about my counter offer. They lost the sale over $492.00. I will pay more at another dealer just so he doesn't get the commission off my sale.

Juan Rodriguez is the man to work with!

Sterling McCall Buick GMC was great to work with!!! Big shout out to the sales consultant, Juan Rodriguez! I was on a search for a used Ford Bronco on Autotrader and that's how I came across Sterling McCall Buick GMC. I live in CA and I've never purchased a vehicle before from so far away from home. When I called up the dealership, Juan Rodriguez was the guy that took my call and was the one that made this entire unusual for me transaction very smooth. We had multiple back and forth communication over the phone or text, but Juan was always there to answer any of my questions, concerns. Vora did an excellent job with helping to get the financing for the vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership!
