Incompetent service department.
Incompetent service department. Waited thirty minutes for a service advisor to greet me, even called them from my vehicle. No one came out to check me in so I left.

Called and requested quotes for a part and service.
Called and requested quotes for a part and service. Had the part ordered and scheduled service. Once arrived, informed we had to have a diagnostic done first (had one elsewhere). There was an extra charge for that, and it was determined another part was needed as well, that was on back order. Waited 2.5 weeks for the part and to get our car back. We were billed more than what we were quoted for the initial services. We paid more than double than planned. On top of it all, despite setting everything up in my name, they kept texting the previous owner of the car. Even the request to leave a review here was addressed to him. I was told numerous times they would update the account, but it didn't happen.
