Neither the appointment setter nor the adviser told me

Neither the appointment setter nor the adviser told me how much the service I needed would cost. They charge literally twice what another local Buick dealer quoted for the same service. Plus my car wasn’t pulled in until an hour and a half after my appointment. All totaled, what should have been an hour max took THREE hours. Stay away!
